Roles and Qualifications:
- Staff Management and Communication / Attend weekly meetings
- Overseeing Physical Performance
- Assist the Farm Manager in executing the approved Seasonal Management Plan
- Participating in the Milking Roster
- Milk Quality, Animal Health Records and Herd Records
- Farm Maintenance
- Need to be able to handle tractor driving with feedout / mixer wagon and animal health for mastitis and milk fever especially
