Agricultural Machinery Operator

Location: Waikato/ Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand
We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Machinery Operator to work in Waikato or Bay of Plenty area.
Job Description:
- operating, controlling and stopping machines at sites in a safe and appropriate manner
- operate heavy excavation plant to excavate, move and load earth, rock and rubble
- follow directions of the ground crew regarding craning, gravel placement and grading
- monitoring machines
- assist in the performance of regular and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment and machinery
- cleaning and performing minor repairs to machine
- cart feed and operate loaders
- checking machines to ensure safe operation at the sites
- be aware of proper rigging of pipe, manhole barrels, and ensure safe work procedures are followed during the lowering of materials into the excavation
- comply with health and safety regulation at the sites
Role Requirements:
- No. of Positions required – 5
- 3 years experience required
- $29.66 per hour, no accommodation
- 6 on 1 off roster
- 35 Min 50 Max hours per week, overtime at $29.66 per hour
