Warrick was born and bred in Matamata and spent his childhood growing up on his family farm – he’s a farmer at heart.

Warrick is a farmer at heart – he was born and bred in Matamata and spent his childhood growing up on the family farm. He attended Otago University and completed a Bachelor of Commerce before taking on sales and marketing roles in the agricultural industry with Open Country Dairy and AFFCO. Warrick then returned to run the farm as a lower order share milker for nine years, whilst starting a family with his wife Andrea and completing an MBA through Waikato University.
Warrick experienced first-hand the issues faced in the New Zealand dairy industry, however he hung the cups up for the last time in May 2017 and now holds the position of Sales Manager for CC Recruitment. He resides in Hamilton with his wife, two sons (Lucas & Santiago), two dogs and a cat. He likes to get out on the open road on his motorbike, along with catching a few waves in Raglan on a hot summer’s day.

Andrea began life here on a work visa, then transitioned to farm life, and raising two boys with her husband Warrick.

Andrea arrived in New Zealand from Bolivia in 2008.
She began life here on a work visa, then transitioned to farm life, raising two boys with her husband Warrick. Andrea has been heavily involved with the employment of Filipino staff members on the farm, ensuring their life and well-being is always looked after. Andrea has been through the permanent resident process and is now a citizen and a proud holder of a New Zealand passport.
Now living in Hamilton, she misses the country life but is focused on completing her accounting degree whilst assisting with the directorship of CC Recruitment. Andrea enjoys cooking for family and friends, attending the gym and competing against her other half in sporting activities. You will often find her in the garden or at the beach, enjoying time with her kids and dogs.

Rimple has a deep understanding of the immigration process and has successfully represented numerous clients in their visa matters both onshore and offshore. Rimple holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s degree in Finance. Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English, Rimple specialises in assisting clients with their Skilled Migrant, Temporary Entry, and Family category applications.

Yvonne has had an extensive career in recruitment, career management, sales and people management since graduating from Waikato University. She has worked and lived throughout New Zealand, and in Brisbane, Australia, Germany and Singapore.
A couple of years ago she made the decision to return to New Zealand and to the Waikato specifically, to be closer to her family and enjoy again the lifestyle that only New Zealand can offer.
As Support Services Manager at CC Recruitment, Yvonne oversees the sales and administration teams along with general business operations and procedures.
Yvonne loves to spend time with family and friends and is also active in the national administration and coaching of artistic roller skating which is where she is able to get active and creative.

Eric loves a fast-paced environment that depends on efficiency and accuracy. He spent more than 10 years working in a call centre (BPO industry) in the Philippines, dealing with technical support, customer service, credit management and billing.

Eric loves a fast-paced environment that depends on efficiency and accuracy. He spent more than 10 years working in a call centre (BPO industry) in the Philippines, dealing with technical support, customer service, credit management and billing, (based in the USA and UK).
For the benefit of his son’s future, Eric moved to New Zealand. With the help of his friends, he gained knowledge and skills in dairy farming. Eric did volunteer work at dairy farms located in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions, which led him to meet Warrick Ryan, CEO of CC Recruitment.
Based on Eric’s work experience and skills he was hired as the pastoral care co-ordinator, taking care of the Filipino farmers throughout the process of gaining visas, right through to settling in New Zealand.

Originally from the Philippines, Mark came to New Zealand in 2017. He has a strong and diverse background in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Tech Support, Financial Services, and has also worked as a Dairy Farm Assistant in NZ.

Originally from the Philippines, Mark came to New Zealand in 2017. He has a strong and diverse background in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Tech Support, Financial Services, and has also worked as a Dairy Farm Assistant in NZ.
Mark enjoys traveling, he used to do freelance work while going to places he has never been before. Some of his travel goals are to visit the USA, South Africa and Latin America. He has been to some countries in Asia, Middle East and Europe but decided that New Zealand is the “best country” to live in.
Drawing from his background in dairy farming, business and technical advisory experience, Mark joined CC Recruitment in the first quarter of 2020.
At present, he enjoys his role as a Client Service Manager helping Filipinos find work and migrate to New Zealand, process Visa renewals, and assisting migrants settle here, which he finds fulfilling and uplifting.
