Joining the team in March 2019, Karen’s multifaceted knowledge and experience in Business Process Outsourcing has equipped her with the right skills to lead the efforts in establishing the affiliate business from ground up. Initially hired as a project manager, she was tasked to develop and manage a team in Manila supporting several areas of the parent business.
